AgentFlux and ClientFlux are mobile apps that provides a revolutionary way to help real estate agents and their clients in the search for the perfect property in a smart and simple solution. Here is a bit about how AgentFlux works:
1. Add clients
Once you add clients to the contact list, they receive an invitation to register and download ClientFlux. Contact list are synced in your account across multiple devices and platforms.
2. Search in the real estate board’s MLS® system & send properties to clients

real estate board’s MLS® system Search results related to the client's parameters are sent to a unique email address designated to each client. From there, the search results are processed in the AgentFlux server and transferred (pushed) to the client app.
Search by address or real estate board’s MLS® system ID and share all or selected properties with your clients.
3. Clients review their properties
Shared properties arrive in the client app allowing them to view it on the Properties list. Agents can see clients' view history and favourited properties.
4. Schedule showings
Showings can be initiated by both the agent and the client. Requesting showings begins by first selecting the date/time they prefer. Then the respondent can choose to reply with a confirmation, re-scheduling, or cancelation.
